The following share buyback transactions by Airbus SE are reported in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, also known as the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
The share buyback program, which commenced on November 20, 2023 and concluded on December 27, 2023, was implemented to partially finance Airbus’ Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP).
Airbus SE’s Board of Directors has been granted the authority to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s issued share capital by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 19 April 2023. As a result, the share buyback is being carried out in accordance with this authorization.
